First 10 Days Care

Your new puppy may experience stress while adjusting to their new home. If you notice changes in behavior, appetite, or bowel movements, please call our puppy care line (704-781-7639) or your veterinarian immediately.

Pet Insurance Requirement

• Insurance is mandatory for the first 30 days after adoption
• You can choose any provider without a waiting period
• A policy number will be required when picking up your puppy
• Without insurance, you will have NO warranty coverage
• We recommend Trupanion, which offers 30 days free coverage: trupanion.com

Initial Health Guarantee

We guarantee your puppy is free from Parvo Virus, Distemper, and Corona Virus for 10 days after you take possession. If your vet diagnoses any of these conditions within this period:

• Contact us immediately at 704-781-7639
• We will reimburse what insurance doesn’t cover, up to the adoption price

10-Year Congenital Warranty

To qualify for this warranty:

• Have your puppy examined by a vet within 10 days of taking possession
• Maintain regular veterinary care
• Keep health insurance for at least 30 days after pickup

Coverage:

• Within first 3 years: If diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital disorder, we’ll provide a replacement puppy of equal or lesser value at no cost
• Years 4-10: If diagnosed with a life-threatening congenital disorder, we’ll provide a replacement puppy at 50% discount
• In case of sudden death: A necropsy is required to determine cause and file a warranty claim

What’s Not Covered

• Infectious diseases contracted after date of sale
• Allergies
• Dental/bite issues (malocclusions)
• Diagnostic tests
• Claims from Banfield (PetSmart) or Thrive (Petco) veterinary clinics
• Any vet bills beyond medication reimbursements described above

We do not offer cash refunds

Warranty claims must be submitted within 72 hours with proper veterinary documentation

This warranty is for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred

If you cannot keep your dog, contact us rather than surrendering to a shelter
